i live in rock hall, have been here almost 4 yrs. I was closer to annapolis when Isabel struck and I didnt have power for a week but nothin close to the mess I saw in this video. I couldnt imagine being on the dockand it being flooded.

How deep the water came up when the flood hit?

It was probably about 7 or 8 feet above mean high tide, things are pretty low and flat here so a rise of a few feet covers a lot of land.

LOOK HERE, I lived in rock hall for 20 years and in this storm I lost my brother and watched my wife die in my hands. I know all about this town. noboty but nice people live here.
