  • Hi kudraloveflower, yes, sesamoids are inferior. The 3nailtheory leaves out the 5thmetatarsal/ossa cuboid way-station. Core is ensemble of organ/muscle/fascia/bone incl. hips/lowerback/pelvis. My notion: allow for fluid collaboration, not constant solicitation of only one or the other support structure. BoneStructure offers first/most obvious clues to parameters of this relationship.

  • Its not "Tree Nails TheorY" its Three nails theory---sorry

  • My sesamoids are inferior.... on the bottom of the foot ....or am I misunderstanding?

Also, the "Tree Nails Theory" contradicts your explanation of the weighted foot. In your model, the hips, lower back and pelvis would take the force instead of the core.....where did you learn this?
