I'm really trying to concentrate on the kettlebell form, but I find myself inexplicably distracted.

  • Personally, I don't use kettleballs, but I love this, since it opens up weightlifting to more people. Very cool.

  • should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time

for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this

  • Now this is the kind of video that motivates me to do exercise.

  • Yum

  • @nicdagnome I hear ya man....all I heard at 1.01 was "Chest open....grab the bell, squeeze..."

  • Can you explain the function of the hip snap at the end? Same with the swing. Instinctively I want to make the movement smooth not jerky. It feels like you are inviting injury.

  • Thanks very much. You are a great teacher.

  • Thank you for taking the time to give clear verbal instructions on your video, as well as the visual. You make it so clear that absolutely anyone at any fitness level can DO It!
