How do you wear a automotive purpose helmet properly?

Did any one ever show you how to strap the helmet properly?
A helmet can only do so much for you if it is not strapped properly. Imagine relying only on the airbags when you are not wearing seat belts.

Be sure to test fit the helmet before you purchase, even the same size helmet from the same manufacturer can fit different. Avoid buying online with out trying it in person. You do not want it to fit too loose. Bring your glasses to test fitting if you plan to wear it with your helmet.
