The signed new EAC agreement that allows East Africans to work freely in any part of the region raises the hopes of many who will now be free to set up businesses and live in any of the five partner states. But as NTVs Steven Kimani reports, partner states are yet to open all their doors.
This would be lovely. The benefits far outweigh the disadvantages. Just ask anyone from EA who lives within the territory but outside of their own country.
