Alter Eco: Organic Food on Wheels

def a niche market. not sure ppl would b willing to pay the premium on org food. perhaps rather than focusing on purely org food they could use some org ingredients in the recipies. this would keep costs low and stil b 'organic'. difficultys arise when they go a bit too far organicaly and ppl just see the food for hippies and go-hard greenies. not everyone is attracted to the green lifestyle and they need to make it more appealing to everyone. this not 'green' way to make food but the right way
