Private funeral services were held Thursday for CBS legend Walter Cronkite. Speakers included former colleague and '60 Minutes' commentator Andy Rooney, who recalled meeting Cronkite when they both were in England covering World War II. (July 23)

I am afraid that most of you might not have had the pleasure of a really good friend, that is more the exectption than the rule, both of these men are exceptional due to that fact that they were good friends, all othe issues are moot.

Wow, you come here thinking that people will be moved enough by Andy at 90 being so emotional at Cronkite's funeral that they will acknowledge it by writing something, and the page is full of petty bickering that should be taken elsewhere.
