Application of neck hangers on bottles

Automatic application of neck hangers on bottles of different shapes.
It is suitable to producers, importers or bottlers of wine, spirits, soft drinks, waters, oil, vinegar, or wherever a bottle of liquid is involved.
Our proposed solution allows to apply up to 200 neck hangers per minute, according to the shape of the bottles and of the neck hangers. Installation is performed across an existing conveyor.
The system is composed of: control panel, support base in aluminium, belt separator completed with output timer conveyor, double side rotating device to stabilize products during the application of the neck hanger, crankcase for the complete protection of the equipment.
