TURN ON CAPTIONS HAHAHA

She was stupid, but if they are going to present misleading facts that can potentially dupe customers, then there should be consequences. A small reimbursements within the vicinity of $10, 000 would be fair, but any more than that would be ridiculous.

Just because fruit isn't in the cereal doesn't mean its not FRUIT FLAVORED.
GET OVER IT.

her laugh is so fake

Though it does make you wonder, what is the intent behind naming these cereals after fruit if there's no trace of it in there? Oh yeah, to pull off the exact operation that this woman is suing for. This lady is stupid (or at least played stupid), but the issue she brings up is real.
Sure this example of false-advertisement is almost completely harmless, but it presents a clear danger. By tweaking a few words, a company can and will get around anything in order to sell a product.

What other country besides western countries would have women so self entitled, that they could attempt to sue because of their own stupidity?

only in USA

Oh how I miss those lazy summer Sundays of my youth; walking through the forest and picking fruit from the wild crunchberry bush. Fuck.
