yeah I agree it is disturbing to watch execution & the cutting of body parts BUT Xasthur is showing clips of true reality taking place on this planet by political human beings (or r they human?). Xasthur's self photos express a sorrowful expression BEYOND agony, beyond despair. I think hes a genius in descriptive matter of depression black metal thru his music & art form

onley a diffrent name for it you have also bands who make suicidal dperssive black metal
but yeh shining and xasthur are both the same bands in the same ganre.
