What is faith worth if you have had no choice?
I only hope these children fully understand what they're doing.
This whole movie is most likely a little biased, and I won't judge a whole group of people off a small group of extremists.
But I'm a little unnerved when I hear children being asked if they would die for Jesus, and told that they're God's army.
I'd rather children worship by going out and enjoying God's Green Earth than be screaming on a street corner about the End Times.

You have to remember that children naturally look for approval from authority figures.
So when they raise their hand to show that they'd die for Jesus, do they know what that means?
Have they contemplated their death, recognized and overcome fear, and then stood up with the strength given to them by their faith?
Or are they raising their hand because it's what is expected, and it will make their counselors and parents happy?

I hope someday they will be able to challenge their own faith.
If they decide to stop practicing, well, they are their own people. They can make their own decisions.
If they continue practicing Christianity, their faith will be stronger for it.

How can a five year old want more of life? The only reason I can think of is if someone else made him think he needed more from life.

And why are all the adults in "Jesus Camp" complete fat asses?

Fear of death is induced so that you can flap eternity in front of them...

this is sick and fucking disturbing.
Religion is not the problem:
EXTREMISM is.
Religion extremists' wars are FAR from over. What does humanity need in order to understand this and stop it?
FUCK YOU EXTREMISTS
FUCK YOU

Where is this George Bush picture??? I don't see it... I'll withhold my criticism until I see them worshiping George Bush.

I believe in teaching kids devotion to God and values... but teaching kids devotion to human political figures is dangerous... I don't care if its Obama or Bush. There already is a video out there of kids singing praises to Obama. Just Search for "Kids worshiping Obama". It may not be out and out "Worship" but that search parameter will find the video in question.
