  • I would kill the radio guy:

Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away! Hellfire away!

  • @LukRacer That's actually the co-pilot, and yeah it is unfortunate that he says something for EVERY Hellfire launch!

  • i love his game before especially when my co-pilot says

hellfire away! Hellfire away! Launching hellfire! SHIT WERE HIT!

  • @WolfgangFierce I don't know what you mean by 'enter HUD mode', but all I know is that yeah, most newer laptops don't have NumPad keys and you have to reconfigure the controls to other keys. The only problem with this is, on modern computers there seems to be a bug in LB2 where after each mission the keys default, so you have to keep reconfiguring them.

  • @WolfgangFierce If you mean which one would I rather fly on a touchpad - definitely a plane sim. With a plane you really only have to master one axis - forward, with a heli you have to keep almost constant input on all controls meaning forward, left, right, up and down - just to fly in a nice straight line.

  • @WolfgangFierce Further to my 1st post, with help from ur site I was well chuffed to get my chopper up in the air, the touchpad idd just allows me to create PFZs on the MFD as u say which is all good, but my main sorrow is that I don't have a numberpad on my laptop, and although I remapped all the keys to other buttons when I run the tutorial it tells me to hit numberpad-. to enter HUD mode. Lo unfortunately as much as I trawl the reconfigurable buttons I cannot see anywhere to change this one:(

  • @FlyboyHelosim Thanks for your reply! Indeed I get a sense of your passion for flight sims from ur site it made for enjoyable viewing! Perhaps the US army should recruit u to fly their planes and they'd improve, though I do not condone war. The reason I wanted to play on a laptop touchpad was cos I thought it'd be a nice game to play on the move and I don't wanna lug a joystick around and I thought a touchpad was more 'helicopter-y'. Which would u rather fly on one, a plane sim or helicopter?

  • @WolfgangFierce Glad you found my site/videos and like them. I have never had anyone ask about playing a sim with a laptop touchpad before, and I don't believe it's possible with LB2. Why would you want to? Anyhow, only the mouse controls are repeated with touchpad, in LB2 this is the PFZ creation/deletion on the MFD pages.
