@kanerules7 just so you know, our being part of Nato ensures that our government can take part in American invasions without declaring war. The recent conflict in Libya comes to mind? Don't think for a second it was to help the people. Libya has the most oil in north Africa. Canada has several companies that will be granted nice fat contracts sooner or later. Also Libya was planning on introducing a currency back by a gold standard and was planning to only accept that money for its oil.
