the climber's name is sammy. he's the best in thailand. the route he is on is phet mak and he's hiking straight up version given 8a. starting at 1:13 if you escape out right onto the stalactite, it's the more commonly done 7c+ version. done this way, it's still quite demanding. in bouldering terms, it basically breaks down like this: demanding Fb7a roof climbing to good rest, 6c face climbing, and an all or nothing Fb6c problem guarding the anchor (the crazy move at 4:00).
