8 F-18 Hornets at Scottsdale, Oh my god!!!! Awesome

8 Hornets came into Scottsdale, Startup and takeoff with afterburners. 4 were Green knights, 4 were Black Nights. Buddy was very excited about the left turn.

i remember walkin out to my car after an airshow... a blue angel f18 did a sneak pass over the parking lot where i was parked.. i just about hit the deck and pissed my pants... unbelievable power.. that dude was damn low

I was a Black Knight in '68 @ Chu Lai. I don't think they would been able to take our F-4's at Scottsdale Airport.

Thanks for the comments on the paint job. I served with 314 in that timeframe. Wasn't one of the original painters but that was the timeframe I was in the Corrosion Control (Paint) Shop and we had to maintain the digi pattern, it was a pain but obviously from the comments you guys like it :D
