nnocent 14 year old beat and choked by toledo police in brand witlocks kid doesnt even weigh a 100 pounds both cops over 200 + beat with club burnt his face on motor footage of the cops choking the kid cops telling him dont get weak now all of this just because they asked him to stand up and he stood up slowly.

yeah it looked like they were choking him out for a while in that corner where they had him cuffed. He might not have even been able to stand on his own by that time. The law of the jungle, and street justice etc is not the law the cops are supposed to follow and no he's not a criminal just because the cops are after him.

Where is the video? I never saw them beating the kid at all. The video that I saw, from the news report, only shows the cops restraining the kid while the kid was bleeding.

he got his ass beat by the cops because his parents never did..betcha before they started recording... before they had to snatch him up.. he was acting all hard, like "you can't tell me!" i'm quite sure it wasn't a respectful "how you doin?" lol.. nah you are probably right they just jumped him because they felt like whooping a 14 year old.. people need to learn how to act right

Trevor Casey did plead guilty to several charges and was convicted. He did admit to taking drugs and drinking prior to this incident. Also the first several minutes of the incident were not recorded and so the complete story is not represented here. No excessive force was used or videotaped, and the only injury Casey had was a bloody nose.
