Well, it's not my best, but it was recorded. I've gotten around 223k before on hardware.

Is this Tetris+Dr.Mario on NES? I think the difference is that the very first piece hovers for a fraction of a second before falling, as it does here.

@blueapple128 Tetris+Dr.Mario is a remake of NES. Changes from NES to T+Dr.M include frame timings (longer entry/line clear delays -- 25 & 26 frames vs. 10 & 20), scoring (no additional multipliers after level 9), diagonal dropping (left/right+down), and a 12 frame pre-gravity delay for every piece. DAS mechanics and timings were replicated exactly. Features removed include the A+Start code to add 10 to the starting level, and I think they screwed up the randomizer's anti-repeat system.

@farteryhr I think TLS is not necessary if the piece enters below the ceiling. Once you learn to move the pieces efficiently, you don't need to look at the current piece as much.
