b'ah! that whole video, and just in the last 10 seconds do they get down to business

You know there is a shit-storm coming when former Bush attorneys start singing like canaries on national TV without taking the fifth, or declaring executive privilege.

smart guy

yes...
and inconvenient because it conflicts with the other memo...which they needed to distort the law so they could conduct illegal acts under the guise of legality...
quite frankly i was stunned by his admission.

before you make another comment, pick up a copy of the constitution and read it.
the issue of abortion is handled in the legislative and judicial branches. a law...and then, if neccessary a case to see whether that law is constitutional...
obama cant control whether or not abortion is legal...aside from the justices he may potentially appoint...justices which will probably uphold a womans right to choose.
you can learn a lot if you actually read the constitution

i still think this guy is a prick...
but damn...that is pretty revealing...
i guess according to the bush admin...the law is inconvienient.

At least he'd change his mind about the whole Gay Marriage thing then :P

No Its totally different.
Don't get me wrong, I think that abortion is disgusting and wrong. But I am Pro-choice because I believe that a no-one have the right to tell someone else what you can do with y.
This is the same Phil Selikow that lead the stonwalling of the investagation of the 9/11 Commission. For him to ave a sudden rush of conscience is amazing to me.

The law is the law. The law does not care about parties. The Attorney General must follow his job description, investigate and prosecute where crimes are found. The congress must follow it's job description and do the same. We must affirm to ouselves and show the rest of the world we are a nation of laws.
