THIS diet doesn't sound good to me at all. Dr Oz says that diet and exercises is the best way, and that non fat yogurt and Pineapple (lots of fiber) is great, as well as good carbs, yams, brown rise - and I think that sounds good. Live life, diet and exercises and not going below 1200 cal.
You are a beautiful woman, health is more important than a number - your weight... Best of luck and thank you for your videos... Hugs P

You poor thing! Sadly, with the saltines you likely spiked your insulin. You might have trouble stabilizing. I agree, it would be best to get back on the HCG and go another week or so, and then get onto P3 again. Simeon did talk about taking such breaks if I remember, but for other reasons that sickness. I believe you can even up your calories to 1200 during this time, check Pounds & Inches, it explains it. Hope you start feeling better soon!

I hope you feel better. I finally ordered my HCG and I can't wait for it to come. My sister is almost done with her firs t round and has lost enough that she won't have to do another. Lucky duck, She is doint vitamin B12 injections with on her day off of the HCG and has had amazing weightloss. I hope mine goes as well. You have inspired me along with mamaclok and of course the hilarious sillysisters. I hope you feel better and can get it all figured out to finish your p3.Hang in there!

I'm glad it isn't your gallbladder.
I guess I misunderstood your statement at the end of the video where you said "I wish this Bug thing would go away, but a lot of people have it.."

How long has it been since you had gall bladder tested? Your symptoms sound like that may be the problem...ya might want to recheck...its very dangerous to let that go! People seem to have this problem coming off of a low calorie diet and all of the sudden bringing in fats. Yikes! I hope you feel good soon!

So sorry to hear you've been sick, but glad to know it's getting better! Have you tried chicken/beef broth? These things are very nourishing and P3 friendly as well. You could even add pureed chicken or avocado...or add the baby food. What about coconut oil? I definitely think it could be harmful to you to skip P3 and P4, but I also understand needing to do what you feel necessary! Hang in there :)

Stick it out Charli! We're all rooting for you. Just try to introduce small P3 worthy things into the diet and experiment a bit. Maybe nuts would help or deli meats/oranges/etc... I'm on Day 6 of P3 and having to do another steak day so I know how you feel about the P3 blues but I'm determined to stick it out and reset! I really feel that doing another round of hcg before at least 4 weeks have gone by would only lead to a disappointing round. P3 is so necessary for our bodies to re-feed again!

You have done so well, but crackers and bananas aren't the answer for your stomach upset. I'd think it would be best to REST your insides if you have the Flu virus. Drink lots of tea and lemon water.
Then I'd have baked fish or chicken and steamed veggies, slowly, until you feel better. Have you had your gallbladder checked? That could be the problem with eating the fatty foods.

It's not a respiratory "Flu" virus or I would've done these things. PROBLEM: Could NOT get anything else down except these things. Even drinking just plain water hurt....no gall bladder disease either. In a perfect world....I would do just as you suggest....however......baked chicken or steamed veggies made me sooo nauseated just to smell let alone eat!!!! UGH!!! Doing better today though.....finally after a week and have a plan to look forward to.

Maybe you need to try and not eat for a day or two and see if giving your digestive track a break & time to heal will work. It might also reset you for your P3 & get you back on track.
Water Only for two days is my suggestion.
Hope this helps!

Tried that and then decided that it is better to eat SOMETHING than continue without.......worried that HypoT will reset at no or low calorie level would NOT be good!!! So.....tried to do what I could!!! I'm doing better today.....will be doing P3 tomorrow and see how that goes....most probably I will start a new round and skip P3 and P4....however, it will be a short round of 23 days instead of another 45 day round. It's at least a plan and gives me hope and looking forward!!!!
