Actually The Magic Waterfall in the UAE appeared 2 years ago. It is a product of Ghesa which was made by Professor Steve Pevnick of Pevnick Design. Professor Pevnick is a professor of Art at the University Wisconsin Milwaukee and invented the Writing in Water technique for his artwork in the 1970s. He showed his artwork all over the world including a Magic show in Hannover a few years ago for Siemens.
He patented his device called Rainfall in 1979 but it is called Graphical Waterfall now.
