@Fitzpatrick - I’ve posted specific question. I don’t expect the answer from the disparately trying anything (an easy prey for B.S. artists). Patti is a professional; she must know the empirical evidence substantiating her claim, unless she is not just after some $ at expense of the hopeful. It’s not ethical to mislead with false hopes - experiment must be done, it won't be as expensive as a proof for "M" theory, &payoff is highly effective Nation.

i have to think this won't work for everyone, but i'm a very visual person and a visual learner. i've done this sort of thing for years. i get posterboards and make big lists and pictures of the items i'm working on. it's not quite as artistic as this but it gives my vision a 'reality' and makes visiting the idea illuminated and lively. for me it's the best! : )

but yes, not sure how deeply tested this is.

But her cuteness aside, where can I see scientific study that substantiates this pep-talk and offers workable effective tech'?

I know a lot “cat-stove” &“learnt helplessness” cases (me included); I know no one from that very cohort who, via immature sketching of reasonable change in personal life, became passionate, eager, enthusiastic like a healthy child from loving wealthy family.

It's not a scepsis, but curiosity of R&D guy.
