Ive done this riff basically because it will get your hand flying on the fret board, as most players wanna play fast this is a superb exercise to get legato muscle memory to do so..enjoy!!

muscle memory is required to shred and tbh i shred on rythem not lead i preffer blues lead so depends what u getting at ...This riff will help ur fingers be more subtle for shredding rythem or lead .

@SatanAzerath thats how Jerry Horton set his guitar.. n the song is played in Dropped-D tuning,

so it wldn't make sense if u stick to standard tuning..

for this song Jerry Horton or the guitarist tackle both chords n riffs..

but if u r playing with another guitarist,....................­....
