I believe the windows version of airo-dump is very limited. Therefore there is a high chance that your wireless adapter is not supported. I may be wrong because I haven't investigated this for many years(this video was made in 2009) . At any rate, you should try the backtrack version which is much easier and compatible with most(if not all adapters). Simply searching in youtube "how to crack WEP in backtrack" should yield enough information for you to figure it out.
