My friend Dan's 2.0 VW Golf shootin flames after installing a WOT box. It was set at 2200RPM. The audio sucks cuz of the loudness of the exhaust distorting my mic.

  • Is that a standard 2.0 gti? I thought the n2mb wot box could only be fitted to the 1.8 GTI turbo or is fitting it the same procedure?

  • Yes, it's a standard GTI. And you are correct, it is the same procedure to install it.

  • Forgot to add, that he is using the one that is designated for the 1.8t.

  • What's happening there? The box is cutting the ignition at 2200rpms and shooting the unburned fuel out the pipes?

  • Exactly! He couldn't wait until he puts his turbo on to install it.
