@bio2020 police more often than not get away with murder. They gun down innocent citizens in thier homes and get away with justification because the tv remote in his hand looks like a pistol. They're all out of control and its time we enact new tough laws to keep them reminded we have rights. Its time these abusive officers start going to prison for their actions.

You can't just ask for a warrant because you feel like it. There must be a valid, legitimate claim for asking for the warrant. And if you abuse this and lie, the police has to explain himself in front of a judge and can get into serious trouble.

@xycadium Just remember "I thought I smelled" has to be explained in front of a judge if the defendant chooses to raise hell over it.
Cops do not want negative marks on their folders. Enough "I thought I smelled" can get them fired or excluded from promotions.
