For four days, kids from the Frankfurt area have the opportunity to try out three different American sports: lacrosse, baseball and football. The camp, which Consul General Ned Alford is the patron of, was founded by Ward Carr to give German kids the chance to participate in a variety of sports. He hopes that kids will be curious and want to learn more. In his welcome remarks, Alford emphasized the importance of sports in the fostering of the German-American relationship. Have fun, guys!
