Cardiff Athletics Stadium November 20th 2010: This is some of the group performing the drill you observed in 'Jump' Training 1.
A wide age range [15-20 years of age]. This is drill that has a high skill level and two of the group were doing it for the first time. They will improve very quicky so that they then can get the most benefit out of the drill - which is the development of explosive and reactive strength.
