Can the Rev. Pat Robertson make Biblical law the law of the land? This Friday, Bill Moyers Journal takes a look at Regent University, Robertson's Christian leadership institution, which has seen some 150 students move into the Bush Administration since 2001.

  • Regent Law School - Bottom Tier School for Fundies and those that can't enter a real law school.

    What a bunch of nutjobs.

  • I can't wait for January 21, 2009: 150 Regent University law school grads now employed by the Federal government are going to be out on their asses. My bet is that the top Wall Street law firms-even the staunchly Republican ones- will NOT be rolling out the red carpet to hire them.

Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me; O LORD, be my help."

  • For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. When I felt secure, I said, "I will never be shaken." O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountain [c] stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.

  • A psalm. A song. For the dedication of the temple. Of David. [a]

I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me. O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.O LORD, you brought me up from the grave [b] ; you spared me from going down into the pit. Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.
