Adobe Photoshop CS4 video tutorial. Once again, we start at the beginning, this time using Photoshop CS4, and take a look at managing your compositions with layers. This is not a 'What's New in CS4' video, it's merely a beginning Photoshop tutorial using CS4.

  • I removed my layer pannel and i dunno how to get it back xD heeealp ? xD

  • @LuckyStarsClan At the top go to Window and then click on Layers.. or press F7.

  • ephotopros..

whats the difference between 'merge visible' and 'flatten image'?

    is merging flattening?

    great tut.

  • 'Merge Visible' will merge the layers with the eye symbol highlighted, or in other words, layers that are not turned off, and will leave all hidden layers (layers without the eye symbol turned on) alone.

Flatten image will merged all layers regardless of visibility, although if you do have some hidden layers, Photoshop will ask you if you want to discard them.
