After no golf for 3 years, I am slowly building a new swing, here's my latest iron practice. Everything still a bit off but slowly getting there.
More info on what I am doing here, I am not just banging balls:

These are the shots I hit the most, knockdown shots with 8,7,5,4, and 3 iron. The one in the video is a 6-iron knockdown to that yellow target about 165 yards out.
I usually don't hit full shots unless I really have to such as a super-hard green over water. I find full shots overrated, they are a lot harder to control and your swing gets longer.
These knockdown shots are great for hitting a nice, boring trajectory plus you will get a nice hop and spin action instead of getting unwanted backspin.
Btw, sorry my tripod is so cheap that it fell off near the end and I didn't realize as I was listening to MP3.
Btw, I am hitting off these super hard concrete-like mats, damn those old people took the good ones!
im not a pro but play off a low handicap so dont take my advice as you would a pro's but this is what i'd say(which is very little).
Your shoulders are a little open at address, this may cause fade spin or pushes. if one of these are your bad shot, really pull the front shoulder forward when next at the range and see how it feels.
Your swing is a nice tempo, the only thing i'd like to see is a bit more acceleration through the ball to aid ball striking. However this is a personal thing.
