@popculturehero why the hell would ANYONE look down on your for liking music or movies? only a 1 dimensinal, no personality what so ever type of person would do that. You should have pucnhed one of them at least.

When I was a kid. My schoolyard piers would look down on me for liking music, movies, or branded toys. And In order to avoid ridicule I had to give up those things, before I could explore them in any depth.
Only when I grew older and unshackled by them, did the internet allow this freedom.
The world SOPA wants. While under some IP protective ideal. Is misguided and wrong to the extent it goes. They are no different then a schoolyard bully.
