I love the Red Back Hymnal, but this singing ain't the same as it was back in the day when the COG women shouted their hair down and men ran the ailse. That was back in the day when the hymnal was used for WORSHIP and not for ENTERTAINMENT purposes! That new chapel looks more like an old Catholic cathedral rather than a Pentecostal Church. You don't see these women in their pants jerking and shouting like their holiness parents and grandparents did!

I ENJOYED MUSIC LIKE THIS, LONG BEFORE ANY GAITHER HOMECOMING VIDEO SERIES. THE HYMNS AND THE SPIRIT OF CAMPMEETING WAS WHAT I WAS RAISED UPON... I'VE SHOUTED GLORY, AMEN, PRAISE THE LORD. WHAT A SPIRIT OF REVIVAL ON THIS VIDEO, SOMETHING THAT THE WORLD NEEDS TO SEE

You people who are raving how good this is must mean you like
it because its like a whang-doodle Gaither video session.
But far as having CHURCH this is horrifying. The poor soul leading
the singing sang the whole time as solo to himself; loud and long
as a freight train.
Wish you people could experience real Holy Ghost Church where
God shows up and Jesus passes in your midst. I've been COG
over 50+ years and KNOW.
