@MO7dt What are "volutary court cases" supposed to be? And please give me a source for your statement of Shari'a courts being only for civil cases because I cannot believe it. The law of the land must overrule Shari'a on all levels! For instance, women must receive inheritance just like men and not be subjected to a misogynistic Shari'a court.
