Blue Summer Eclectic: Fashion, Art and Music, a joint fundraiser to benefit the KC Fringe Festival and KKFI community radio, will be held on Saturday, May 15 in the Conspiracy Room at the Uptown Theater.

Host David Wayne Reed may or may not perform excerpts from his one-man show, "David Wayne Reed Is Conspiracy!" -- but the fact is, you won't know either way. Because...

The night's fashions include works by Wendy McMillian, Monkey Wrench Clothing, House of Cochon, KCAI student designers, Arizona Trading Company, Blu Jeanius and Frankly Basic, plus hair and make-up by Belle Epoque. Musical entertainment by DJ Leo Night Us, Jen Lawless, and The Good Foot, plus a performance by Voler: Thieves of Flight. Cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. VIP tickets are $25 adv. $30 at the door and include pre-party admission, two free drinks and amazing schwag bag.
