I have not tried both the button yet. I actuality pull up a water tank lever when I go into there. I think most Japanese people would have do so.

If you don't know what you're doing, you could get ejected. Because one of the buttons is an ejection button. It's just so that the Japanese people can have fun watching tourists eject themselves from the toilet.
