Balls, ferguson arrived at united when it was in bits after years of underachievement and blowing money. Fergie built united from top to bottom, from youth academy all the way up. You need to do more research on your facts. Clough spent alot of money at forest, he bought the first 1 million pound footballer and he bought shelton, gemmil etc etc who were proper expensive then, does that diminish his genius, of course not. A manager worth his salt uses what he's given.

@shaunmchale Well, i completely agree with you. The final in 99 was sheer class. The final in 2008......We were the better team throughout the entire season in Europe in terms of Beautiful, attacking football. John Terry slipped because God decided to place a banana skin on the pitch.

I hate that woman! Late goals are not luck! They show determination and perseverance to actually score two goals in 3 minutes being one goal down. We didn't rely on JT, it was Van der Sar's save that won us the Champions League. Solksjaer's goal wasnt luck and Macheda's goal against villa was not luck either! Get your facts right, idiot!
