Delegates are accusing Ethiopian president Meles Zenawi of doing an underhand deal with developed countries to short change Africa. Anything less than a percentage of GDP from each polluter is not compensation enough. Africa must get its rightful share of the 2 trillion dollar a year carbons trade industry.
