Just cannot leave this page without commenting specifically regarding this one and only Mezzo voice of Marilyn Horne. Such control, such power, such feeling, such a Heavenly voice! About halfway through we are treated to Crescendos with trills and vibrato!!!! This BEL CANTO cannot be any better...she is THE BEST we poor mortals will ever hear on this earth. BRAVA-BRAVA-BRAVA, dear "Jackie". You truly enrich my life. Thank you...from my heart.

This voice of Marilyn Horne is probably one of the greatest voices of all time...she is considered the FINEST MEZZOS EVER! Oh..."Jackie", your voice is supreme among all voices! "Jackie" is now 76 years of age, and is doing marvelous work with her Master Classes and Foundation. she is a superb mezzo soprano and human being! BRAVA, dear "Jackie" God be with you in your battle with cancer! You are leaving wonderful music,and will continue as your legacy to all. BRAVA!!!
