In 1994 the niggerloving Clinton administration once again sent the US military to Haiti to rebuild the non-existent infrastructure. Again in 1995 the Peace Corps went to Haiti to train the monkeys to take care of themselves (we saw how well that worked.) The US government spent almost one billion dollars providing food and job training to the Haitian coons for the next four year
