  • @LucienZakhaev cheers. this is basically what i'll be doing during january along with a revamp of my lifting routine to focus on supplementary work and technique, then i'll start doing stronglifts 5x5.

  • FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU- the annotations are still out of frame, and I F*CKING SPENT 10 MINUTES FIXING THEM. stupid youtube.

  • Good shit - I am almost up to my straddle planches
