  • dude i checked out your diet, and your supplements include creatine monohydrate & BCAA. Seeing as creatine is only found in animal muscle tissue, this isn't a vegan product. Also, the highest concentrations of BCAAs are found in whey protein, & as a result whey protein is what is used in supplement production to source the BCAA's, therefore this isn't vegan either. Do you not count supplements as part of your vegan diet? I'm not criticising or anything, i was just wondering.

  • @rob12192

Study up my man. Supplemental creatine is not derived from animals, its synthetic. There are vegan sources of BCAA's, not all BCAA's are made from whey protein. I did count supplements as part of my former vegan diet. My diet is now plant-BASED, which would be considred vegetarian. All the best - Troy
