  • You took metal and mixed it with eric johnson. I dislike. Eric Johnson is NOT metal. He is melodic.

  • @screechkid116 and so is my taint... would you like me to put up a video of that? :)

  • @AliceInChainz10 I just reviewed it and I've decided that everything past the intro was pretty good, it's just that Eric Johnson never really does those insane metal divebombs with the whammy bar. He does occasionally use the bar just a little, but really his music is not about the whammy, it's about finding a good rhythm and beat to the music. If you could put up a cover (it can still be metal) of Cliffs of Dover, my recommendation is to not divebomb as much. It'll sound better, trust me.

  • Its Not bad,but i know quite a few people at the college i go to who can play better than this. no disrespect ofcourse. its not what you know, its who you know.

  • Great song check my improvisional solo's on my page dude

  • Jesus Christ. I think I like this better than the original.

  • You cant knock somebody for taking a song and making it there own. This is his style. I assure you if he wanted to play the song identical to Eric Johnson he could. He is very much into not sounding identical to other people. He has his own style and thats what makes this rendition unique. Just think about that for a moment and you will understand what I am talking about. You all need to stop hating!! He is probably better than the vast majority of you so back off.

  • well you have the notes right, to a degree however ,the tone is completly wrong, the feel that you present is that of a heavy metal song and cliffs is more of a jazz/rock thing you play well but always research tone when doing a cover its takes a while but is something that that if you work well at you will mature faster and play better than most, over all not bad keep up the research and keep up he prectice and remember it's only fun :)

  • Urgh, no dynamics at all.

    No tone or nothing.

Have you actually listened to the song??.....
