I happened upon That Harp Guy on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO. Here, he sings the Neopolitan song "Santa Lucia."

He and I banter a bit at the beginning -- he mentions that harpists spend 85% of their time tuning so they can spend 15% of their time playing slightly out of tune, but I helpfully put a more positive spin on that!
