A vintage/altered media birthday card for my son's 40th birthday. The card was made with chipboard, covered in vintage designer paper. I cut out the text and images using my Silhouette Cameo die cutting machine. I used my Cuttlebug machine to emboss the paper for the front page. Tim Holtz distressing inks helped me to create an aged look for the papers. Two binder rings hold all the pages together. To further personalize the card, I used a variety of charms, ribbons, jewels, a birthstone gem and other embellishments. I describe the overall look as new-age vintage grunge altered media chipboard mini-album birthday card!!
