The influenza virus has been killing people for thousands of years. The virus mutates rapidly, sometimes creating deadly strains against which we have no defence. Regarding the quiz, there are 2 identical answers on one of the questions. (I think it is Question 18 or 19 - hypodermic needle and syringe).  I chose the first answer and it happened to be wrong.
