@mongolenpup Not sure about the cat thing, but many years back, like late 90's, they chipped the homeless in New York, a few big articles about it. So they start with a section of society that does not have a voice, so to speak. The chips are SO small now they are in the immunizations they demand you have your child get. ** BIG FYI here -- anyone with a cel phone is "chipped" and that's also how they already got to the young generation.

@mongolenpup Our cats had chips put in for at least the last 8 years we know about. We were told it's required now. No one told us they were going to do this and no ask for permission. We only knew after we picked up our animals from a visit for spay/neuter or shots. Even today who would you turn too to stop this?
