Ahh, the memories. At 1:04 through 1:07 where he says "And you know what? We have SPENT the SURPLUS!" THAT'S the moment pinpointed right there when the stupidity gauge shattered into shrapnel. It's mostly just the way he said it of course but I think that was the climax.
