Widow Lived With Corpses of Husband, Sister

A 91-year-old widow in rural Pennsylvania is found living with the corpses of her husband and twin sister. Jean Stevens tells The Associated Press she did it because for her, death is very hard to take. (July 5)

There's no law stating that you have to be buried. There's no law saying that you have to be embalmed. There's no law saying you canj't be buried in your back yard...unless there's a home ownersw restriction against it. The only laws concerning human remains are those of public health. Then again...I could have made all of this up. You do the research if you want.
