In regards to the first error, setting up too low resembles the bottom of a squat. Too much emphasis would be put on the quads, and not on the glutes and hamstrings. This is not the most advantageous position for pulling. Good luck.

taller people with longer limbs actually need a lower hip position. Its not 1 size fits all
