  • Holla! Have you tried - Supreme Panic Magic (probably on Google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy at last kissed good bye the panic breakdowns with it.

  • Like the voice very much, sometimes plink plonk is too loud to hear voice. Puzzled that it is not one long meditation but the same or similar repeated multiple xxxx. Thank you.
